Refund Policy

We want every participant to feel that the training was worth their time and money. This Refund Policy explains the windows in which we issue refunds, partial refunds, and credits.
1. Full refund — before the cut-off
If you cancel your confirmed registration at least 7 days before the training start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid, less any non-recoverable transaction fees we incurred to receive your payment.
2. Partial refund — within the cut-off window
If you cancel between 7 and 2 days before the start date, you are entitled to a 50% refund. Within 48 hours of the start date we have already committed to venue, materials, and instructor time for your seat, and cancellations in that window are non-refundable.
3. Transfers and credits
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your seat to a future batch of the same training, subject to availability and a one-time transfer fee. You may also transfer your seat to a colleague at no cost, provided we receive their registration details at least 48 hours before the start date.
4. After the training begins
Once a training has started, fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session due to a documented emergency, contact us promptly and we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future batch.
5. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a batch for any reason, you are entitled to either a full refund or a credit applicable to a future batch — your choice. If we reschedule a batch, you may transfer your seat to the new date or request a full refund.
6. Force majeure
If a training cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — for example, public health restrictions, natural disasters, or venue closures — we will work in good faith to reschedule. Where rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the training.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund or transfer, email hello@10xforge.io with your full name, batch name, and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and to process approved refunds within 10 business days, using the same payment channel you used to register.
8. Changes to this policy
The Refund Policy that applies to your registration is the one published on this page at the time you register. Subsequent updates apply to future registrations only.
