Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page defines the business rules for payment confirmation, participant cancellation, organizer cancellation, no-shows, seat transfers, and refund eligibility.

Participant Cancellation

Participants may cancel their registration by sending a cancellation request via email to hello@10xforge.io.

If the cancellation request is received at least 5 days before the course date, the participant will be eligible for a full refund.

If the cancellation request is received less than 5 days before the course date, no refund will be issued.

Organizer Cancellation

10xForge reserves the right to cancel a course, batch, or session at any time if it determines that cancellation is necessary or appropriate.

If 10xForge cancels a course, participants will be entitled to a full refund.

If 10xForge changes the course date and a participant is unable to attend on the revised date, the participant will also be entitled to a full refund.

No-Shows

If a confirmed participant does not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

No exceptions will be made for no-shows unless explicitly approved by 10xForge in writing.

Seat Transfers

A confirmed participant may request to transfer their seat to another individual.

Seat transfer requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the course date and are subject to 10xForge's approval. No transfer fee will be charged.

To process a transfer request, the participant must provide the replacement attendee's full name, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the participant.

A PKR 500 processing charge will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on the participant's bank, payment provider, or processing timelines outside 10xForge's control.

Additional Conditions

A registration will only be considered eligible for refund consideration after payment has been received.

Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.

In the event of a force majeure situation, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond 10xForge's reasonable control, 10xForge reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the course. In such cases, 10xForge may offer a refund, transfer, or rescheduling option at its discretion.
