These terms govern use of the 10xForge website, course registration submissions, batch availability, communication related to registrations, and general use of the training platform.

Registration and seat availability

Submitting a registration request does not automatically guarantee a seat. Seats are confirmed only after payment has been received and administratively verified. 10xForge reserves the right to limit, close, or modify batch availability at any time.

Payment

Payment is required after registration and must be completed using the methods provided on the registration success page and in the confirmation email. Registration is considered provisional until payment is confirmed.

Course content and delivery

10xForge reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, venue, or instructors if necessary. Registered participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Participant conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the training. 10xForge reserves the right to remove a participant from the course for disruptive behavior without refund.

Intellectual property

All course materials, slides, code examples, and documentation provided during the training are the intellectual property of 10xForge and its instructors. Participants may not redistribute or resell course materials.

Limitation of liability

10xForge provides training on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, certifications, or results from attending the course.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or participation in courses constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
