Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the 10xForge website and your enrollment in any training program ("Training") delivered by 10xForge. By submitting a registration or interest form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and provide accurate registration information. Our trainings are designed for working software engineers; participation assumes professional programming experience.
2. Registration and confirmation
Submitting a registration form does not reserve a seat. Your seat is held only after an administrator verifies your payment and marks the registration as confirmed. We may cancel any registration that is not paid in full by the registration deadline shown for the relevant batch.
3. Payment
Prices are quoted on the batch detail page in the currency shown. Payment instructions are provided by email immediately after you register. We do not accept credit cards or process payments through this site; transfers are made out of band, and we manually reconcile each one. Taxes (if any) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a batch at our discretion; if we cancel, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future batch.
5. Acceptable use and code of conduct
We are committed to a respectful, focused learning environment. While attending a Training, you agree to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and other attendees with respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Refrain from recording, photographing, or live-streaming sessions without prior written consent.
- Refrain from sharing confidential course materials outside the cohort.
We reserve the right to remove any participant for serious or repeated violations, without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All curriculum materials, exercises, slides, and recordings are the intellectual property of 10xForge or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them to deliver competing trainings.
7. Third-party tools
Our trainings may demonstrate or rely on third-party tools (for example, Claude Code, Git hosting platforms, IDE plugins). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms of service. We make no warranties about their availability, performance, or pricing.
8. Disclaimers
The Trainings are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will produce any specific career, financial, or technical outcome. Software engineering is a craft; results depend on your effort and context.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the service or attendance at a Training will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Training. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice to registered participants. Your continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.
